Gday,

Any recommendations on the most reliable lead additive for use in 1275s

And

Long term with consistent moderate mileage is it better to convert the head for unleaded fuel or will additive suffice long term?

I have run flashlube in mine since unleaded premium started. I get less valve and seat erosion than I did with super. Valves and seats are still shiny after wire brushing.
But if head is apart and exhaust seats worn I would fit unleaded seats.

Don't use valve master it clogs plugs and ports up.
