Hi All,
Currently restoring a 1970 mini k.
I will be upgrading the suspension from hydro to dry. There is a kit available that I will be utilising. In order to do this I’ve removed the front and rear subframes because they needed refurb anyway. Whilst these are off should I refurb all the bits I took off or replace with new? Control arms, upgrade to adjustable, tie rods, upgrade to adjustable etc...

Things aren’t really heaps expensive but it will all add up. I’ll also be upgrading the drums to discs as I’ll be putting in a 1275.

Put hi-lo's in and new bushes in arms. You should check the top control arm shaft/bearings.

Yes, thanks Simon... I understand people feel strongly about this but it’s what I’m going to do.
