I saw a Morris mini van which I can buy locally. However, it is in very very bad shape. Almost every panel on the poor thing needs to be replaced with the possible exception being the roof. Which looks as though it just needs to be pushed up to get rid of the large dent. My biggest concern is with the state of decay would it be viable to rescue it, I know that I can buy all the panels needed but I'm not sure if there are any straight reference points to start from.

It comes with a complete 850 and magic wand gearbox.

sounds like it's stuffed... doing all of the panels would cost significantly more than buying something that's straight, van side panels are hen's teeth. I bought a rusty clubman van a few weeks ago and cut it up for side panels for my traveller

I looked at the back doors and the drivers side one has sagged but I think that it's the roof which has slipped to the passenger side of the vehicle.

Give them a carton of beer, strip it. look for another. you will always use the spare bits.

The only salvageable bits on it are the passenger side headlight and surround, 850 engine and gearbox and possibly the glass.
