Hi Guy's,

My father recently booked into have a wheel alignment done on his car and both places didn't have the apparatus to suit a 10" wheel?

Does anyone know or can recommend a suitable tyre outlet or wheel alignment specialists within the Nowra/Wollongong area's?

Thank you...

Paul

Graeme Lord at Fairy Meadow is able to do them.

A standard car is pretty straightforward, the only things they can really adjust is getting the steering wheel centred and the toe is set right. They also do hydro system pump ups

They set up the front of my car with adjustable lower arms and tie bars and the car drives really well

Hi timmy201,

Thanks very much for getting back to me, it's greatly appreciated!

He does have both the adjustable Hi-Lo's and caster bars fitted to the car. He just has a temporary setting to get the car to the wheel aligners.

Regards,

Paul...

I'm sure Graeme could check rack centring, sub-frame alignments, set up the camber kit, straighten radius rods etc (often not straight) and adjust Toe in/out and ride height...

No problem, just make sure you get a quote or a clear understanding of how you will be charged  :)

PS maybe take your Dad along to the discussions...

Breaking News:

I heard second hand today that Graeme is retiring. But also setting up an auto repair business in Mittagong!

There is already a few auto repairers/tyre places in Mitta...

Maybe Cam Worner is retiring too? and Graeme is taking over his shop?

Maybe REPCO is going to Graeme?

Watch this space! :D

Most regions around Oz have capable people in many disciplines...I have heard that even in the Shire, you can find such people! :P

and remember how popular BMC vehicles were in Oz when new...and they still have a loyal following...
