Would have to be very early production as radiators were one of many parts locally sourced for the Mini and this one was made in the UK. Can't give a date, sorry.

Just been advised these were fitted to the 1961 and 62 CKD 850's in Australia, then the local Newcell radiator took over.

I bought one of these radiators new in the 90s as a replacement part and still have it. Radiators in the early cars were different the tanks were square and the outlet were at the very front of the tank.

The radiator pictured is a modern UK radiator that was readily available from Mini suppliers a few years ago. It is not an early Morris 850 radiator. Coverntry radiators were fitted to Aussie CKD cars up until 1962 when BMC Australia started using the Australian made Newcell radiators to meet Australian content rules.
Genuine early Coventry radiators are date stamped.

Thats a newcell plate on the top of the radiator tank as well. Similar but with a different part number to the later tanks.
