Hi all,
I'm building a 1275 A+. Just went to put the standard crank back in with std ACL thrust washers.
They are way to tight, can only just turn crank and have next to no end float.
Have I got the wrong washers? They are ACL 2T2204-STD KC number is BHM1293 STD
They measure .092 thou so sound right.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers Pete

Sand the back down on some wet and dry 180 paper. Measure with a micrometer.
BTW 3 thou end float is too tight make clearance 5 thou + measured with a dial gauge. If you are going to rev it to 7000.
Edit- I use .007" end float.
