Someone quoted on here that almost every time you will find that 1 1/4" carbie's don't require rebushing, just replace the shafts. With that in mind, I did my Carbi overhaul. He was right.
As I said in the earlier post, it turned out to be the PCV valve diaphragm causing the tuning issues.
