Were the following parts used on the Mk2 Cooper S 1275 Motor?

AEG454 & 12A367

Yes. You can see the AEG454 stamp on the pulley I sent for balancing.

There were 3 x versions of inner pulley: 12A366, 88G305 and the AEG454. The former 2 were early iterations of the 454 and used on 997 & 998 Coopers.

12A 367 is the outer larger ring with rubber (harmonic) ring used in conjunction with all of the above variations - Cooper & S.
