I am, in the coming months relocating to Townsville and will be in need of a mini specialist mechanic to upkeep my little car.
Can anyone recommend a mechanic and body shop in the area?

Additionally, as my '89 JDM, 1000 motor runs on the warm side in summer, I am thinking of have an extra water cooler/radiator fitted under the alternator as suggested by my current mechanic. Any thoughts or experience regarding this mod is greatly appreciated. My fear is that it may take up valuable space in an already busy engine bay. I already have a thermofan fitted which helps when at a standstill or crawling speed. She also has air conditioning.

I am keen to keep driving her in North Queensland rather than garage her until we return south.
