The 1100 uses a rubber sandwich mount between the gearbox and remote housing.

They also have different bolt directions - mini bolts up from underneath and 1100 from the sides

Morris 1100 is longer.

My first car , a modified '61 850 had an 1100 engine with 1100 remote change with the said 'sandwich plate'. Kept on sheering the the bolts due to too much tongue.

People have been known to weld the sandwich plate up for a Mini, so it's solid. Gets rid of the rubbery Morris 1100 shifter feel.

The reason I ask is that I purchased basically a full 67 car in parts from a deceased estate. This estate also had morris 1100 parts and as the build progresses I am realising that I picked a lot of morris 1100 stuff. (Hardy spicers, drive shafts, steering column cowl)
Luckily based on above, the housing is mini as it bolts up from the bottom. The strange part is that it has a morris 1100 big rubber mount on the end (not the mini one). Possibly retrofitted due to its bigger size?

cheers
Rick
