Hey all

I used a tin crank pulley because I had to weld a trigger wheel to it.

Now with the crank bolt tight the rivets in the pulley foul the timing cover.

Do these come with a stepped washer behind the bolt or a washer behind the pulley against the crankshaft ?.

There is an oil slinger between the pulley and the crankshaft sprocket.
Also usually 2 shims behind the sprocket for chain alignment.
On the outside, a tab washer to lock the crank bolt.
Some people (including me) use Loctite 262 on the bolt instead, as the current washers are very soft and deform when tightened.
