With my 1330cc what’s a suggested plug gap when running a Pertronix Flame Thrower Coil and Pertronix module? Currently running NGK BP5EY with .030’ gap. Should I open it up to .035’? Or leave things be? All running fine otherwise.

Hi, I do not believe you should open it up. That does not have a big spark output, and you risk misfiring as every single gap in the system uses some spark , leaving little for firing the hard to burn ULP

Stronger spark with less area versus weaker spark with bigger area .As long as the spark causes combustion then which is best .Any engineers here?

If you go too far, you will get a low speed misfire during warmup when cold.
I used to run .035" with a Bosch GT40 and a Pertronix ignitor, but it would misfire at .040".
I agree with lomin, .030" is best.

No worries. Left at .030. Cheers.
