Oil pressure has nothing to do with leaks.. The pressurised oil is inside the oil galleries with no access to the "outside".

A new engine can have high internal pressure due to less than ideal ring sealing. This pressure is what promotes the leaks. You might assist by increasing the number or size of breathers a way to reduce internal pressures...
