When did they change the back metal for rubber bush?
When did they not have a chrome washer between the outer bush and the nut?

A couple of questions.
1. When did they change the back metal for rubber bush?
2. When did they not have a chrome washer between the outer bush and the nut?

I don't have any documentary evidence of the change points but my '66mini has a flat scuttle/RH park and the wheel boxes used rubber mounting spacers top and bottom.
My '69 and '70 minis have the recessed scuttle/LH park and have the metal spacer underneath with rubber on top.
The rubber/rubber bushes came before the metal/rubber setup to my understanding. The change may have been when the wipers went from RH to LH park.
