Approximate time 1400 hours
Suspect driving all black Cooper S, with 10 inch minilites and drivers racing seat
Licence plate number OAF-628
Last seen heading in the direction of the Bunnings carpark in Frankston on
Macmahons road.

Suspect wanted for all accounts of failing to use indicators.
Driver may or may not have been wearing a hat.

If seen, shoot immediately. (With a camera...!)
