Was it a bright green round nose van? Oh hang on if it's the one I am thinking of it can't be him as he has a VMCI sticker on it.

yeah i have and its sad, im wearing out my shoes way to fast!!! Im onto the rego thing though, just gotta find the short in the wiring that keeps blowing the fuse to my rear lights and parkers, and then im off to the roadworthy guy, with fingers crossed!!!

I think I saw the same one last night crossing victoria parade into nicholson street in carlton..

Has chrome wheels dunno what type cos he was moving quick. It was night but i think the green is a dark almost kahki green.
