I picked up a mini was told it was either a 64 or 68
Any distinguishing features to tell
Its a cherry red 850 deluxe

The firewall will have stamped numbers and if your lucky an ID plate still attached. With those numbers we can get a date.

If original then windup windows and wipers parking on the drivers side would indicate its somewhere between an early 65 and early 68 car.

I think if it's a deluxe it would be 998cc not 848cc with hydrolastic suspension.

If the car type is YMA2S1 on the ID plate then it is an 850. You should be able to narrow the year down from the link here if you have the car number:

It's a 1962 Morris 850 according to that ID tag.

It does look like it, but they wouldn't be an original feature if that's the original ID plate

Thats correct doors are a different colour on the inside it came with spares
It has a long angled gear shift
