matt i had to do all the wiring again in mine this week due to pulling the motor out for the clutch, it is pretty simple really as no 2 plugs are the same (except injectors) and if your using mini wiring for the lights, blinkers, wipers it will make it alot easier.

Yeah thanks Brad, Dean et al. Yeah I am getting through the loom now. I think I have found the lead from the battery to the stater, and also the lead to the alternator. With the lead from the battery to the starter. This has two with one I assume going straight to the starter the other through the fuse box to the ignition with the ciruit being completed by the enging block being earthed through engine earth lead?

Once I am confident I have these two in place the rest seems pretty easy and my tags actually seem to work I can find hookups for just about everything (wonders never cease!).

Oh I also ordered my OBX Torino Seats!!!

Yeah in red. OBX must be popular as there are no black ones anywhere in the country! But I thought everyone goes black...

I'll have them by Friday hopefully so I will let you know then but they have a thing on ModYourCar with seat dimensions and I think I should be ok. The big prob is the rear seat side bins which can stop the seat reclining. And yeah making up my own seat brackets, a guy told me to use Gemini frames (for seat adjustment), anybody have any other views...

Yeah Dean I think for tooling around a set of seat covers will be included somehow...But yeah I like the red... :D

Matt go and check out our magazine editors brackets...they are for MR2 seats but done by Bates Motorsport, very substantial and the engineer liked them.....might give you some ideas

Yeah Mick, Ron came around a while back and gave me the once over of the 850. Nice job. Yeah the seat mounts were very substantial. I will have to have another look before I attempt the mounts...

Well guys went out to get the seats today. They look brilliant. Only problem I think I got done by a speed van which makes it two 3 pointers in about 2 months :x . Anyway here is one the seats in the car, tight fit but she'll be right.

'Snap-On' seat covers can be had in red, with the logo screen printed on. Might be a good idea for the daily drive, easy to remove for shows, etc.
