Well said.

Some people want more than though. They want mini coolness and styling with Starlet power and they pay for it.

I'm more into boosting Aseries. And my next motor will be a motor designed for boost (which it willl get more of) and should make about 90hp ATWs.

At the moment mine is making 74atws. It feel's pretty quick at that, you won't go beating fast cars with it, but hey it's still fun just depends on how much power you want, the reliability and how much $$$ you have!

Tricky Treloar does it at great prices. And in my opinion a superior frame.

^^^ Too right. Tricky's frames are better than some of the ones from big name southern conversion shops (I hope that was vague enough to comply with the forum rules 8) ).

From what I've seen, you could throw a rope around any part of Tricky's frame and lift the whole car from it. It gives a combination of the strength you want and the stiffness you need to keep the wheels pointed where intended. Lighter frames may be strong enough but could be whippy and allow drive torque to cause undesired reactions.

dan when i ran the 13.8 at the drags it was with the same power you made at the dyno day. With mine set on 10psi it drove very straight and was easy to drive, on 15psi it was a handfull :D
