http://www.rotax.com/en/Engine/2004/ATV ... Models.htm saw one of these on the road, then discovered you can buy the motor/box combo outright... and it's got a real reverse gear... anyone considered one? would the vee-twin be too big? |

Too small more like it. Only 78kw, what would the point be? |

Only 78kw, what would the point be? i admit not super powerful but gotta be torqueyier than any other bike conversion. i would've thought modern technology, five speed sequential, actual reverse and hey they're the motor Aprillia use so there's some pretty good heritage there, wouldn't be to hard to trick it up a bit... |

Only 78kw, what would the point be? still more than a 998 A-series and most 1275's for that matter. Cheers Pete |

If you went for a superlightweight car (stripped out shell, remove everything not required for going, stopping and steering) and you'd have something pretty nice. Weight balance would be better and best of all, the SOUND! Do it. |
