I want to know what the brackets under the reat are for - like custom swing arms & non standard rear subframe?

Yes - but I asked about the REAR subframe and the bolts seen under the REAR seat.

Yes it's for the rear beam- this will not be a road registered Mini:

Different engineers would allow different stuff. I know mine would probably allow it providing it was adequetly strengthened.
