I got myself a 3/98 GTI wreck and I'm in the process of stripping it. What do I need to keep in regards to wiring to keep it able to be a "turn key" engine :?: Is it just the loom running fron the engine through the firewall and to the ECU that I need to keep or do I also need other wire looms :?:
Also am I correct to assume it's a mk3 :?:
And are the breaks worth keeping :?: or any other parts :?:

Just strip everything you can off it. Get all the wiring. Better off having it and not using it.

Brakes are optional - they can be used but the setup is quite heavy.
