just wondering what people have done when it comes to accelerator cables in minis or mokes with engine transplants ?

modified the original ?
modified the donor ?
after market ?

Me too, bicycle brake cable. They come in a wide range of lengths and very easily adapted.

Go to your local bike shop and ask them for Teflon coated cables , i think i paid $8 for one i bought a while back .

A motorbike clutch cable might have something that will fit both ends of your problem.
