Nice, I wonder (idly) if a modern 1600 zetec from a Ka would fit? I think I read that they were derived from the old Kent engine.

As I remember back then, the A series gearboxes didn't last long with lots of Ford grunt on top. :lol:
Timbo, If you want a Zetec I'd try and cram the gearbox in too, save yourself the grief. :wink:
