ECU now mapped correctly. Nothing went bang which is a bonus. Pulled 88Kw at 8200Rpms at the wheels which is about right for a stock B16A. Very happy with the result.

It's interesting to see the comparison of the B16A (blue)vs the supercharged 1275 mini engine. (Red)
Vtec kicks in at 5500Rpms which has been setup to ensure there is no dip in power.
Pretty straight power curve.

Yeh he thought it was 18B. We corrected it to B16A after he printed the results

Seeing as I have taken away the fresh air from through the inner guards I thought I would use the space for some 4" speakers. It means I can get rid of the boxes I made that went under the dash.
More leg room......

And now.

The Playmini DTM tip exhaust was too loud for my liking so I switched it to a Redback chambered muffler with a straight twin tip. It will also help with the required 90db or less required to get registered.

I was going to say "those seats look awesome". But everything looks awesome on this vehicle. Such an eye for detail. Everything is perfection.

Today I achieved what I set out to achieve 18 months ago........to have a B16A powered round nose mini that was road registered in Victoria.
My mini is officially approved and legal with the M plates replacing the H plates. (club Reg)
As Most of us are aware, the tinkering will never stop. What's the point of a mini if there's nothing to do to it.
The Victorian Mini Club Inc is having a mini show at Sea Works in Williamstown, Victoria where it will be on display with hundreds of other minis. Drop in if your in the area and have a look.
Cheers.
Dutchy.
