Well decided to bite bullet and make my own exhaust. The dump pipe is almost finished (just need to put a gasket flange on it and I'm away, also the welding needs a clean up so go easy) anyway here are a few pics...

Thanks very much guys I just wanted to know I was on the right track. To answer your question the standard 2.5" (yeah seems bigger to me too :? ).
