Was over at Striped's last weekend and finally got the Motor mated to the frame...... and now it has finally made it's way into the car itself...........

Progress is coming along nicely....

Yeah was quite easy brad. the frame is very well built, everything bolted on reasonably easy.

Getting it in the car was a different story :oops:

what year model mota is that?
Can you still fit the chrome slatted grille to the front, even tho the engine mount is protruding?
Is there going to be a bar accross the front of the subframe?

looks BRILLIANT btw.

Fairly certain it's a MK2 engine........ yes the grill will fit and there is a removable brace bar that runs across the front of the frame.

do you think this conversion would make a good daily driver? I roughly travel 150 km's a day.
I suppose you need to make some covers for the alternator and motor under the guards to stop the water from splashin all over the donk?
