Anyone done it? If so, what coils did you end up using?

Cheers :)

An additional question should be : can the standard ECU handle a Coil On Plug setup and ditching the ignitor.

I personally haven't done it but it seems 2zz coils are the most popular option

Was going to use them, but we found some (off a Corolla I think?) that'll fit snugly on top of the engine rather then remote mounting them, should have it all set up and running next week. Slowly making progress on the maldito El Gato... Just gotta keep telling myself it'll all be worth it in the end

they'll probably be fine, if they have built-in igniters the Haltech will run them, otherwise you need an igniter module
