For anyone wishing to expand their collections:

New in box Tamiya Mini from mid 90s. M-01 FWD chassis. Bare kit no extras except
I'll throw in the quad spotlamps set that the rally version had. $225

I also have this thing. Don't know how old it is, at least five I'd say but it's only been
used once or twice driving round the house. Pretty much new condition except a
few scratches on the underside of the chassis. Ready to run car just needs 12 AA
batteries. Car includes receiver/ESC, steering servo, motor & remote. Upgradeable hobby type car on smaller 1/18 size.
$85.

Hey I'll see if I can find a buyer for your M01.

Interested in the M-01. Are the earlier ones different to the current ones performance wise?

Yer. Single shock and stuff. The M01 is a collector piece now. If you want performance, an M03 or the newer M05 is what you want (they both perform equally well, and of course are both able to be used in the Mini class of racing).

Rover Mini has now been sold.
GV mini still up for grabs: I'll throw in free postage for anyone who wants it.
