What's with the boxes? To find mine I'd have to get under the couch, or down behind the driver's seat, or where ever else the boy left it....

I just bought a Katcode3 model from ebay. 1/64 models of Bathurst minis. Close enough for me. Is it someone on here making them?

Don't think so, he does a lot of other aussie race cars as well. He is on my saved sellers list so I see what he makes. Does some nice and unusual cars that would never be made otherwise. I would love to collect all the minis he does but couldn't afford it and haven't got one in my collection yet but well done on getting one, they are very nice. Was it the Lord mini or West?

It was the John Lord / Ray Molloy mini. The decals are tiny, but so well done.

Did I say 1/64?. I should have said 1/43.

That is great, I did see it and I am glad you got it, obviously with your Molloy association. I have to stop spending so much on models so I can do some work on my 1:1!

A while ago K-Mart had heaps of them.. With the boxes of single cars, it looked almost like the manufacturer had unpacked the 5pk they were selling and repackaged all of them to sell seperately... The 5pks [not 5 Mini's] sold for only $5 anyway... BARGAIN!!! :D
