I have been chasing the original Airfix 1/32 Mini kits for a couple of years now and finally got them all last week. The bagged versions are the english kits while the one in the box is the american version which comes with extra chrome plastic parts. They are all quite rare and apparently Airfix hasn't owned the tooling for many years so it seems unlikely that it would ever be rereleased. That is a pity because it is really a nice little kit with a lot of detail and small enough that you could build quite a few different versions without running out of shelf space.

Very nice, I take it you won't actually build them. I wanted to bid last time I saw one but it went pretty high. I love the old packaging, they will look nice on display.

I've got a couple of half built ones to fix up so no need to touch the unbuilt ones. I ended up paying around $70 each for them and have seen them go for more than $100 so was pretty happy with that. A lot of money for a piece of plastic but cheaper than a MIB Dinky or Corgi Mini of the same age.
