Hi ausmini people, my question is to restore playworn mini's or leave them in current condition, which will or wont effect there value on possable resale? and what are they worth, roughly? thanks matt. :D

G'day Matt, just left you a message over on IMMCC and now find you here! You're from Melbourne too! It would depend on the particular model I think. A very rare model can be worth say a few hundred in original condition but as soon as you re paint it, it may be worth very little. I have a big collection but I am not really an expert. Matt68 is also on both sites and I will send him a link so he can give you his opinion. He has written an number of articles in The Mini Experience and The BMC Experience magazines. If it was me, I would leave them in play worn condition. Cheers.
