Hi all,
Sorry, no pics. Just the link.
Maybe someone can post the pics
http://acemodelcars.com/index.php?route ... uct_id=241
Has anyone picked up one of these yet?
Obviously I have mine, and one of Kevin's red car too.
John

You can also get them for $95 plus postage from The BMC Experience magazine.

I was pleased to assist the makers by providing photos of John Centrone's car (the black one) from when I photographed it some years ago for Mini Magazine.

I have also assisted with photos of the ex-Lakis Manticas racing Buckle LMS, so I hope that one will become available in the not-too distant future.

These models have been done by the same people who did the Broadspeed model that we had a couple of years ago, although released under a different brand name, so are of the same high quality and detail cast in resin - they are also around 20% cheaper than the Broadspeed model which makes them exceptional value.

They are currently advertised in the magazine but will not be on our website until the New Year.

Hi Simon, Craig and Mike,
I trust you are all well.

Simon,
Watto has just about explained the story for me.
The models have been a while coming, But that's to be expected when crafting is involved.
I have bought a few of the models to give as gifts to those who helped with the original build of my car.
I feel very lucky to have chosen well when I originally bought my car, because a lot of people razzed me for buying an orphan.

Craig,
I knew you had put in some work and I would have to say, I'm quite happy with the result.
Thank you for your efforts and exceptional images of both the real cars and the models.
Kevin has done such a exceptional job of his car, I just had to buy the model.

Hi Mike,
You said I would be famous one day. Could you let me know which day it was? I think I missed it.

The cars look good displayed alongside the Broadspeed, with a space for a model of Colin's race car.

Thank you,
John

Thanks JC...Once you become famous, details like when don't matter! Yes, I am travelling well (cept for my dealings with a certain restoration company :x )....but the question is, are you now too famous to have coffee with? Might stop off on my way Nth in a few weeks Keep Smiling...Mick :D
