VIP pre release from Lego, just join their vip program

I got the email today to confirm pre release so off went my order. Limited to one per member though :( or I would have bought more than one

hmmm, I registered on the store a while ago, but I can't become a VIP member without a card. I can't work out how to get a VIP card number without placing an order

Give them a ring on the 1800 number from the Australian store it will transfer you to the states and they will sign you up on the phone. They won't send you a card though as there are no lego stores in aus yet.......

you're a star, thanks for the phone number tip. I rang in the arvo and was put through to UK. The lady I spoke to was without a doubt the happiest person I have ever spoken to. She kept doing little giggles and saying 'perfect' in a very cute dutch accent.

It gave me the option to order two of the minis, but I bought a CREATOR set for #3 daughter to get me over the $200 mark.

Along with the free mini mini I'm also getting a free 'fire bike' - dunno where that one popped up from

That would be the current free offer item you get when making an order, there is always some freebie they throw in each month when you order online.

Glad to hear you have yours on the way

Get on ebay and see what some people are trying to sell it for!
One wants $350!

got mine today! dispatched from Belgium on 24th July. As womble will testify I was pretty nervous at the lack of tracking information. Turns out they use Australia Post, and they don't start tracking it until it gets to Australia. So the first I'd seen of it's status from "Shipment Tendered" on the 24th was "Shipping Information Approved" last night
