My first ever Lego project! It's a LOT more fun and addictive than I ever would have imagined. Almost therapeutic.

I ordered mine on the 10-8 it arrived today although the wife said she is holding it to ransom.

I did check our local lego retailers but they weren't getting access until next year.....

My lovely wife and daughter just gave me this for my birthday this evening. :) Been having great fun reliving my childhood. 42 is not too old for Lego. :D

i was a bit disappointed with the time mine took to ship. it was ordered on the day it was released (1st i think it was?) shipped on the 5th, and took the full 14 business days to arrive after that. what was a bit more annoying was that a few days before it arrived, they had gone down in price and were limited to 5 rather than 1 per customer, so i could have ordered two for only $50 more.
anyway, it was a fun build. I've ditched the spokes and put some spacers behind the wheels. It looks good next to the T1.

should be safe, but be patient - the tracking will show no progress for 2 weeks once shipped
