interesting...
i did read somewhere that the body is like 3 times as stiff/protected than normal other small cars
but that also comes with the $40k price

i was down in Victoria in a MINI (not mine and i wasnt driving) that ended up on its roof a coupla weeks ago.. yeah they stand up ok to a bit of a crash :)

I wish i had a picture of it.. a bit of dinting here and there and a smashed passenger window.. but once we rolled it back over.. there wasnt a great deal of damage.. its getting repaired atm was nowhere near a write off
