FRONT: I've still got rubber in mine, most 9 years old now, I tried nolathane in the steady rubbers and they broke up- so I fitted rubber again. My 850 has all Nolathane in it but I don't have it on the road, yet.... REAR: Just fit rubber. They don't move and last forever. The ones I took off my `64 were still good! (but I changed them- they cost peanuts). |

For chassis rubbers I suggest using standard rubber. Rubber allows some movement before it starts resisting. Ya dont want yer chassis too rigid. But for suspension components, I would never look past urethane(Nolathane), It begins resisting at the first motion, and really makes the suspension more precise. I apologise if this is a crap explanation. Its a sunday. |
