Hi there I just got my first mini it is a 66 mini 850 it has a 1275 cooper S disk brakes a weber, extractors, twin tanks, 6 contessa mags, HI-LO sup, 4 syne gear box a full roll cage, there is no rust I got it for $3800 is this a good price or did I pay to much I want to get is painted what is a good colour to paint it ??? are they easy to work on.

As far as i can see (without pics; they tell 1000 words) it sounds pretty nice. The price is fair as far as i'm concerned... especially for whats done to it... 1275, hi-los, roll cage, tanks.

as above hard to say without pics....whats the body like? straight...bent....rusty....chopped....cut into?
is it complete.....in peices?

Good stuff, someone from Geelong! :lol:

Price seems about right, you definatly didn't get ripped. When you add up the prices for 1275's, cooper s discs, right hand tank, it's not a bad buy at all!

They aren't overly hard to work on, you just have to learn how to morph you body into very wierd positions. :lol:

Get some pix up, let us see what you have got.

I will try to put up some pic in a doa or two I have started to strip it the body is good there is no rust or dints it is green with a white roof but I want to give it a new panit job I will be getting it sandblated on the weekend has anyone got any I'd of a colour to paint it ?????????
