68matic/Anto.

I have a '63 that has had all seams 'removed' except for the top one. I have only just been referred to this site today so have not got any photos i can post.

I do have a number (hundreds) of photos that I took during the rebuild, however, from memory none are actually carrying out the 'deseaming'.

Will endeavour to try and work out how I load them onto the 'puter given my limited techinical edumacation.

I have to date deseamed 4 minis, 2 totally and 2 partly.
All are plated on the inside and all are as strong as, in fact one has been used as a rally car.
my own mini has had a full seem weld eg. every seem on the body has been mig'd up. including gutter rails.
I have nothing against the seems its just i was going for the sleek, smooth round look. On most minis i'd say seems are charecter. I don't say they look like crap though.

Never had a problem with Main Roads either
