Hey Doc,

I measured my Contessas. Let me say that it is not a simple task! i estimate it to be around 15-20mm from the outer rim to the hub bit that is screwed onto the car.

So are my wheels LS contessas?

I hope so as my wheels are JUST underneath the standard wheel arcs...

Yeah sound like LS, they'd be sticking out if they were the early Mini offset ones, which I've got. Mine are just legal under Inno flares.

Oh well now, computers are my thing! :)

I am about as good with them as (I dare say) Dr Mini is good at minis 8)

Just use the IMG button and paste the URL of your image, click preview then continue typing! that's it! :)

Before you ask, to get your image to show you need to host it, usually through free sites like geocities or sometimes your Internet Provider gives you space on their server to upload the files as part of your account with them, thats the only real hard part...

OK dude,
I've got pics up on Yahoo Photos. I've enabled it so the world can see them, supposedly. How come when I post the link on here it doesn't work? :?

hrmm... some freeby places like Yahoo and Geocities etc have code to dissable people linking things to their site, including pictures. That way they can't be liable for pics and stuff from their website on other unknown websites.

The best way to do it is to investigate what type of ISP account you have with your provider. Most providers offer 10mb or so of free space on their server for webpages etc which requires you to upload files to the server and you can do what you want.

For instance I am with Pacific Internet ADSL and my plan includes 1 email and 10 Megs of space to create a website under my own user account. I go to a web enabled webspace management thingy and upload my files.

Otherwise you could be using wrong links and IMG tags??? I can't explain how to use the IMG tags here as it will error on this forum. I can email you and show you...

Hi again Doc,

I sent you an email with instructions on how to do it.

Here is the example:

To see what I did, just click on QUOTE button for my message and you will see the IMG tags that I used before and after the Picture URL.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Chong,
I know how the [img] thingy works, but the links to Yahoo Photos don't. Yet I see other people hosting pics from there... Grrrrrrrrrr!

I've got 50MB? space with my ISP (Swiftel ADSL), must learn how to set it up..
