haha, there's always someone looking for something out of place.... but if that's the best you can do then he must've done pretty well!

Lol re pedal I had put it on the correct way but when I had the old carpet it was catching and I just haven changed it over since redoing the new carpet.
I actually install the wider pedal for heel an toeing when it was cold. But after installing the electronic ignition I don't need to do that anymore. Though it still does help when I am giving it and want to rev match while down shifting

I had one of those pedal extensions in Barney when bought. After hitting both brake and throttle together and almost running up someone, I removed it.
Good riddance.
I drove another Mini last week which had one. My view has not changed.

Today I changed the Brake booster it had the wrong one on it a VH44r and it was sticking so after doing a price comparison decided to go with a no genuine one from KarCraft. Works Tick and all the plumbing lined up nicely though I did have to add a few holes in the guard to make it fit.

I have never done a brake booster before and freaked out after installing my pedal went to the floor.......
bleed all the brakes and perfect. Apart from brake fluid all over the floor (don't ask) I hate brake fluid

Also swiped out the solenoid as one of the tabs on it were loose and it a cheap replacement

Also replace the rubbers in the stabilizer bar now theres a job that looks easy but isn't

Enjoy the fruits of your labour old fruit (sorry, blade) but don't relax...reverse the list of things you have done and keep checking down the list!!

Classics require regular maintenance to keep them reliable...but that's half the fun! 8)

Actually I was saying I got bored on the race weekend because I had done all of the above already. (Jeep ad) "I think we are going to need another [AUTOMOBILE] "
