I've partially striped my 1100 for my mini and found that the head has had a little bit of work done to it. Does anyone know if grinding down the peaks between the valves will increase the flow of the head in any significant way? I've measured the valves and they are still standard size for a 202 head.

It would de-shroud the valve a little. I suggest having a read through GR's small bore articles on his website. They will help your understanding.
