I was poking around some old parts I have in the garage on Sunday, I have an 1100 1970k running the 1098, with extractors single box rc40 system and 1 1/2" Su. Standard pressed rockers, I have a fully setup forged rocker setup on cast pedestals, the rockers are stamped 12G1222 the pedestals I can't read the number with my old eyes, but they look to be cast, not sintered. My question is, given the work involved for a road car, is there any value in changing mine to the forged rocker setup, or should I just flog them off?

Less valve lift than your present ones.
Good for Cooper S originality, little else.
