Sorry Bubbacluby for late reply... Not much, have time but no cash! I have made the Crank position sensor, I had the outside profile laser cut in 8 mm steel and then machined by my trusty machinist. It fits behind the fan belt as I prefer that as a belt failure won't take out the CPS and you don't have to remove it to change the belt. It's a tight squeeze but fits: Attachment: Dougs Machining.jpeg Attachment: Pully Front.jpg Attachment: Pully Rear.jpg Attachment: Engine Front.jpg Attachment: CPS.jpg I also had a very interesting talk with Mr Russell who is going to help me spec the cam and will make it for me. I will, once I have some cash, also get him to build me a bottom end. He has been tempting me with some of his crank and rods... Cheers |

But at the moment I don't know exactly which tooth I need to remove so I figured it was easier to take one off than try to put one back on if I got it wrong! |
