P7676 I have not seen many Minis that have been painted correctly.
2 pack gives an excellent finish , but it looks a bit too shiny IMHO , almost like a plastic finish ,but a good choice for trailer queens and little used cars . For us guys that like to use our minis a bit acrylic is a good choice , any minor chips and scratches can be easily repaired , its also a helluva lot cheaper and doesn't require any special equipment or spray booths , just about anyone can achieve an excellent finish at home in the garage , with a bit of practice and patience . I know most spray painters hate it , probably because they are missing out on the business if people do it themselves. There's nothing wrong with acrylic , after all , a lot of cars were painted with it originally ,including minis , and I have seen many with original paint , still in excellent condition after 40-50 years , but really its up to the individual to decide which they prefer and whether they can afford the high cost of a professional job or do it themselves . If you only have one car then I guess go for the professional job if you can afford it , but I have 8 minis , a Morris 1100S and 2 Falcons(XD XE)
I have painted many cars over the years and always get a great sense of satisfaction on doing the job myself
