Hi all.
I need to get some confirmation on the bolt sizes, length and torque setting for assembling my van.
purchased as a stripped and painted body with most parts.
I have several manuals but can't find these details.
things like the front shocker mounts bolted through the inner guard etc.
As the body was completely stripped and painted alot of captivenut holes are fillled with paint, and I would hate tap out holes in the wrong size.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Don

Shocky bracket bolts are either (HZS0405 1/4" UNF x 5/8" long) or (SH604061 1/4" UNF x 3/4" long) depending on the year.

If you don't have parts manuals you can use mini websites to locate the parts you are looking for. I like to use Somerford mini as it is easy to navigate. http://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/eshop/in ... page&id=48

The MK1 UK Forum has a few body parts lists on PDF http://mk1-performance-conversions.co.u ... _lists.htm
