Can't say anything on this particular unit, but have two cars with Pertronix Ignitors, and another with a unit bought from a classic British spare parts place in Beerwah. Not an ounce of trouble since installing them.

I have used 2 of these, they work well. Easy to install.

It's preset by the bracket. I think about .030" gap.

The units are not sensitive to gap when installed as usual. Just put them in and enjoy the difference.

Some people have had a problem with rotor buttons/dissy caps being a different size and even fouling the dissy gubbins…

These are very good , I have 3 of them and a complete new distributor , they work very well , the seller below is great to deal with , good advice for setup and ongoing help if needed , they can recurve the new
distributors also
