Awesome, great little motor.

Ridiculous observation - is there no Blow off Valve on it?

Cool, that motor should give an impressive power per litre rating, being a 1litre, twin cam turbo!

Yeh there is, its hidden under the front bar, but its loody loud haha.

Similar motors i have read up on the net are getting around 160-180hp@wheels with similar mods, ill be happy with a reliable 150hp@wheels from it, around 180-190@flywheel.

great idea

may i say that the Daihatsu CB60/61 engine was fitted to the Innocenti DeTomaso Turbo (the Bertone designed one)? and some people even fitted the CB70 engine

looks good! that is one mother of a turbo hanging off the front of that little motor...

I can see this being a cheap project - charade seats, dash, column, brakes....

Welcome back to the fold Brother................

As I've always said the CB70 is an awesome little engine, and will make a terrific conversion.

Once again, a good decision Brad.

Cheers,
Tricky
