That is brilliant!
"Pan head" is your standard dome-headed screw with slot drive; "Recessed" means Philips/pozidrive.
Does that also mean that Aust minis had pozidrive fasteners or was that only for UK standards?

BMC Australia adopted the BMC UK set of standards and modified them to suit, where required. That standard didn't need changing so it still says BMC UK in the footer. Other standards can be a specific BMC Australia version. Hydrolastic fluid is an example.

How much simpler do you need it to be?
This diagram shows exactly how long each screw is, where it goes and the required washers.
I made this drawing years ago while disassembling factory fitted up doors.
OK, its a rough drawing but all the information is there, its not rocket science guys!!!

So for someone starting with bare hinges the studs are 3 different sizes? Also does anyone have dimensions on MYH103 washer that Doug mentioned?

It's a flat thin washer, about the thickness of the body metal, and about 40mm diameter from memory. I assume its purpose is to gently spread the load in that area of the door skin by flexing to a certain degree. A thick washer might leave an impression through the door skin when under load and hence be visible from outside.

I'll see if I can get more details in the next day or so as I'm about to dismantle my doors.
