For anyone who has worked on a rear subframe assembly recently...

What size of washer would be fitted to the support pin, under the nyloc nut (blue arrow)?

The parts catalogue says PWZ207 (same as the flat washer on the front tie bar) but that washer is even too big to fit in the space available.
I'm guessing a much smaller washer.
I realise this is a petty issue, but I've come this far.

I'd be fitting one with the largest OD that will fit in that space.

PUB1012 parts book shows both PWZ107 and PWZ207 for that washer (items 31 and 33), so obviously a misprint.

It seems PWZ107 is correct as it has a smaller outside diameter.

Dimensions of PWZ107 here - https://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/washer- ... 78-ext-dia

Thanks DavidE - that is what I ended up doing.
As Winabbey said, my Mini King catalogue listed all 4 washers under the "Large O.D." part number.
Another of life's little mysteries sorted.....
Thanks.
